Amazon’s Prime Day is October 13th and 14th this year, and I thought of no better way to kick off the pre-holiday season with some of my absolute favorite gear and products that we use to get healthy, stay healthy, and have fun with running.

These are all products that I use regularly, so you know that they’ve been tested and used by me or Carly.
To get any of these great deals on the products I’m sharing – or any products in general – you need to be a Prime Member. Sign up for Prime membership here:
Let’s get into some of the gear that I freakin’ love and I think – no, I know – you will too.

Recovery Tools I Love from Amazon
LifePro Sonic X Percussion Massage Gun
One of the best recovery tools that has helped me stay healthy and feel good is my massage gun. It has 4 speeds and 4 different heads, it’s quiet and it’s been a game changer for me.
I wrote an entire post about my massage gun and you can find it here.
CEP Compression Socks
Since the dawn of time, I’ve had calf issues. And since compression socks have come into play, I’ve been able to keep my lower legs warm, compressed, and functioning at a high level. I wouldn’t have had the training runs and races I have had without compression socks.
Foam Roller
Before there was all the fancy technology, there was the stalwart foam roller. I like a firm roller that doesn’t squish in. This one takes the cake. Its dimples get in extra deep on my hard to reach IT bands.
Garmin Heart Rate Monitor
When your wrist heart rate monitor isn’t enough – or you’d like your data to be a little closer to your heart (no pun intended), a heart rate monitor is your best bet.

Running Options I Love from Amazon
Brooks Levitate
Brooks running shoes have been my go-to shoes for over 12 years now. I have been a die hard fan of their cushioning, how they feel, and their smooth ride. The Levitate is a neutral shoe that is now 20% lighter than before!
Brooks Revel
The Brooks Revel is a lightweight springy neutral shoe. I use it as a workout and race day shoe because of how light it is (7.9 oz). It has a knit upper and responsive cushioning underfoot.
Tifosi Sunglasses
Lightweight, non-slip, AND polarized. These are my favorite running glasses ever. They are sporty enough for the track and stylish enough for going out. I almost didn’t mention it, but I definitely need to. They are also so affordable!! Win. Win. Win.
Garmin 235
If you need a reliable, everyday watch that’s good for both workouts and races, this is the watch for you. I wear my watch 24-7 for data on heart rate, sleep, steps, and of course, my running data like steps per minute and stride length.
Bob Double Stroller
We are new to the running stroller game, and now that we have a Bob, we are never going back. Our kids love the comfortable seats that recline, and we love the massive amount of storage locations. It’s super light and so easy to maneuver.
