running while on vacation

Carly and I were basking in the afternoon sun for 3 straight days in Florida last weekend. But just because we got our bronze on, doesn’t mean we didn’t pound the pavement and get our strength training on!

AM: 5 miles in the morning; core & stability

PM: 2 miles on the beach

Sunday:

Marc: 10 miles

Carly: 14 miles

Monday:

Marc: 4 miles

Carly: 6 miles; Beach Strength Workout
