Marc creates your daily training plan based on your running history, current goals and fitness level, and training preferences. We check in with each other and adjust your training and goals based on your progress.

Marc meets in person (Cherry Hill, NJ or surrounding area facility) to make you a stronger, fitter athlete.
This is good for someone who needs a little bit of work. Typically, this is a one-off session.

Marc will analyze your running form and help you make changes so you are more efficient, run using less energy, and decrease your risk of injury.
This is more involved than an in-person session. Marc will write a report for you and give you recommendations based on your running form.
