How to run a fast 5k
Who can count the number of ways to run a fast 5k? There are so many factors that go into running a fast 5k. Consider just a few of these staples in running:

- eating healthy
- embracing being a “runner”
- doing the right type of workouts
- getting enough sleep
- hiring outside help
We could go on and on for a while on what it takes to run a PR in a 5k. But what it boils down to is finding what works for an individual, channeling the right energy into the right avenue and having someone help guide you along the way.
That’s why we’re really proud of the running that Dan has been doing. He’s knocked over 2 MINUTES off of his 5k PR since he started working with TrainwithMarc – only 5 months ago. There are so many things that Dan is doing right and that’s why he’s consistently running fast and setting personal records.

Hire a coach to help you PR
If you like to run and you’ve stopped setting PR’s, it might be time to reach out to a running coach. You don’t have to be an all-star to need a running coach; you just have to have a passion for running and the drive to get better.
