There are some very obvious things that a runner has to do in order to set a pr. Run. Running is definitely on that list of must-do’s. I’ve found it pretty darn hard to set an all-time best when we don’t run.
Running is so much more than left-foot, right-foot though. There has to be something else that goes into setting a personal record. Let’s talk about them…
The right attitude. Knowing and believing that every step makes you that much better. Boom. That’s attitude.
The right training plan. Cookie cutter is so boring. Get a plan that fits just one person. You.
The right support system. Family and friends are huge when you’re trying to accomplish big feats. Make sure they know how important it is to you.
