Bob & Brad Compression Boots Review

Are you in the market for a pair of compression boots and don’t know whether they are right for you or not?  Whether you are a hardcore runner or someone who’s battling some extra soreness that you can’t seem to get rid of, we can each benefit from using compression boots.  But with so many brands on the market, it can be hard to figure out which brand and pair are right for you.

That’s where Bob and Brad Compression Boots come in. Through our in-depth review of this product, we’ll help you understand the benefits and drawbacks of using Bob and Brad Compression Boots, so you can make an informed buying decision.

Keep in mind that my training is different from yours and what I need to recover from that training might also differ from yours.  I’ve found that using the compression boots 1 or 2 times a week has greatly improved my ability to recover, especially from hard running sessions.

About the Bob & Brad Compression Boots

The product comes in a handy carrying bag, which includes two quad sleeves, and two boots with a connector from the boots to the quad sleeves.  You’ll also get all of the connectors and the power cord.

This particular product is designed to help you recover from hard workouts by using heat and compression to massage your legs using air as a compressor.

Use of the Compression Boots

Since using the boots, I’ve found that I am able to recover quickly from hard workouts and long runs.  What I especially like about the boots is that it forces me to spend 15 minutes actively recovering – something I’ve been bad at doing in the past.

I’ve found that the heat coupled with the compression has given my legs new life and allowed me to run more mileage and with a better range of motion.

For an added benefit, I put my legs up a wall to both increase blood flow and also get the junk out of my legs.  Combining my legs up the wall with the compression boots has already improved my ability to recover.

The only downside to this entire product is that you must be near an outlet.  If this product had the ability to be charged and used anywhere it would be the perfect product for every single runner.

The pros of this product far outweigh the only downside of this product (having to be near an outlet) for any kind of athlete – whether you’re a runner, a cyclist or someone doing cardio.  This product will help you recover so you can get back out there and do what you love doing.

Comparisons

In fairness, I have not tested out the competitor’s boots, and while this post isn’t meant to compare brands, I do feel that knowing how well the Bob & Brad boots work should you choose this product, you would not be disappointed.

Even the customer support was super helpful and that’s saying a lot for this smaller company.

Conclusion

Hands down, this product has been a hit in my house.  In the few weeks I’ve had it, I’ve raced a few times and it has absolutely helped me recover.  Normally, I wouldn’t be able to get back to training for multiple days after a race, but after using the compression boots, I was able to reduce the amount of soreness I was having by a great deal and I was able to get back into training far quicker than before having my Bob & Brad compression boots.
