Sculpt 360 + TrainwithMarc = Broad Street Run
Run your best Broad Street Run with the help of Sculpt 360 total body workouts
If you’ve never taken a Sculpt 360 classes, you probably don’t know how much of a difference it makes in your everyday life. You probably don’t realize that you are standing taller, you’re definitely more balanced, and you are Strong. As. Hell.
What you do probably know (but maybe are scared to admit) is that a cross-training routine like Sculpt 360 is super beneficial for runners!
Benefits of Sculpt 360
In fact, Runner’s World named megaformer classes in the Top 10 for best fitness class for runners, noting that this class not only strengthens your muscles but adds a cardiovascular component to the workout which, as we know, is beneficial for runners. Running, as we know, is a high impact sport with the same repetitive movement. Sculpt 360, on the other hand, is a good compliment to that repetitive motion because the workout focuses on slow, full body movements that are low impact.
Megaformer classes focus on core strength, single-sided movements that work out muscular imbalances, and improvement of flexibility. We believe that our workout is such an awesome addition to the runner’s journey.
Locally, we are getting excited for the 10 Mile Broad Street Run on May 5th! We’ve been notified if we are running and the training begins (if it hasn’t already) really soon.
In Marlton, Carly (my wife) teaches classes. She is partnering with me to offer Sculpt 360 clients with a special run + megaformer package to prepare you for the best BSR you could possibly have. Sculpt 360 has a 2x a week package just for you! It’s good for March and April and you’ll also get a beginner or intermediate training plan to help you train for and excel at the Broad Street Run 10 mile race.
Didn’t get into Broad Street? Not a problem at all. Find a race in early May and we’ll prepare you for that race!
The Marlton Sculpt 360 instructor, Carly, and her husband, Marc, an online running coach at TrainwithMarc, have each been running for over 20 years. They will be developing a beginner and intermediate training program for the Sculpt Squad.
The beginner program will be perfect for runners who are currently running at least twice a week and plan to incorporate 2 days of cross training at Sculpt 360. The plan will have you eventually running between 3 and 4 days a week.
The intermediate program will be for the established runner who is comfortable running at least 4 times a week and plans to cross train 2 times per week at Sculpt 360. The plan will have you running between 4 and 5 runs per week plus 2 classes at Sculpt 360.
We want you to run your strongest Broad Street and the Sculpt Squad is here to help!
Now that you are accepted into the race, sign up at Sculpt 360 for the March and April 2x per week package and get ready to start training!
