Sculpt 360 + TrainwithMarc = Broad Street Run
Run your best Broad Street Run with the help of Sculpt 360 total body workouts
If you’ve never taken a Sculpt 360 classes, you probably don’t know how much of a difference it makes in your everyday life. You probably don’t realize that you are standing taller, you’re definitely more balanced, and you are Strong. As. Hell.

What you do probably know (but maybe are scared to admit) is that a cross-training routine like Sculpt 360 is super beneficial for runners!
Benefits of Sculpt 360
In fact, Runner’s World named megaformer classes in the Top 10 for best fitness class for runners, noting that this class not only strengthens your muscles but adds a cardiovascular component to the workout which, as we know, is beneficial for runners. Running, as we know, is a high impact sport with the same repetitive movement. Sculpt 360, on the other hand, is a good compliment to that repetitive motion because the workout focuses on slow, full body movements that are low impact.
Megaformer classes focus on core strength, single-sided movements that work out muscular imbalances, and improvement of flexibility. We believe that our workout is such an awesome addition to the runner’s journey.
Special Offer
Locally, we are getting excited for the 10 Mile Broad Street Run on May 5th! We’ve been notified if we are running and the training begins (if it hasn’t already) really soon.

In Marlton, Carly (my wife) teaches classes. She is partnering with me to offer Sculpt 360 clients with a special run + megaformer package to prepare you for the best BSR you could possibly have. Sculpt 360 has a 2x a week package just for you! It’s good for March and April and you’ll also get a beginner or intermediate training plan to help you train for and excel at the Broad Street Run 10 mile race.
Didn’t get into Broad Street? Not a problem at all. Find a race in early May and we’ll prepare you for that race!

About Us
The Marlton Sculpt 360 instructor, Carly, and her husband, Marc, an online running coach at TrainwithMarc, have each been running for over 20 years. They will be developing a beginner and intermediate training program for the Sculpt Squad.

Beginner Program
The beginner program will be perfect for runners who are currently running at least twice a week and plan to incorporate 2 days of cross training at Sculpt 360. The plan will have you eventually running between 3 and 4 days a week.
Intermediate Plan
The intermediate program will be for the established runner who is comfortable running at least 4 times a week and plans to cross train 2 times per week at Sculpt 360. The plan will have you running between 4 and 5 runs per week plus 2 classes at Sculpt 360.

BSR
We want you to run your strongest Broad Street and the Sculpt Squad is here to help!
Now that you are accepted into the race, sign up at Sculpt 360 for the March and April 2x per week package and get ready to start training!

If you are interested in more individualized plans, you can contact Marc on his website or check out his plans and pricing.

We have a similar spot near us and those reformer classes are super challenging. A great way to mix up strength training

While I doubt there is anything like Megaformer near me, we do have regular reformers at work that I can use. Pilates moves are really great for overall strengthening.

I love the Broad Street run. Suffering severe FOMO from not running it this year. Thanks for the great tips to help get ready for Broad St. and other spring races.

Super challenging. My first time I was shaking like a leaf! I’m a lot stronger now and mostly because of the classes I took.

You betcha! What’s on your spring racing calendar if BSR isn’t on it? Short distances or long stuff?

I did a metaformer class once and it had me shaking! Definitely a good workout and great way to crosstrain for a race.

What a great pairing with the megaformer + run coaching. It has been YEARS since I’ve been on a reformer so I’m sure I’d love it.

Sculpt 360 looks super interesting, and hard! I can definitely see how this would help a runner get stronger when training for a race.

This is the first I’ve heard of Sculpt 360 – those machines aren’t available at the gym where I train, but it looks intense!

I have heard nothing but good things about Broad Street. I’ve already crossed Pennsylvania off my list of states, but Broad Street is one I’d love to try! Can’t wait to see how your training goes!

Hardly anything. I have been recovering from a hamstring injury, so I was reluctant to register for any races. I am doing the Marine Corps 17.75K and Ukrop’s 10K in Richmond. That’s it! Last year I did a lot of trail races, including Hyner Trail Challenge. That was a tough race!
