There’s absolutely nothing wrong with a little “rest and recovery” on your vacations. Heck, isn’t that why we go on vacation in the first place??
Carly & I just got back from a West Coast trip, spending time in Los Angeles, Yosemite National Park, San Fran, and Seattle. And boy did we do a lot of working out!
Carly tweeted asking what was easier to do on vacation – working out or eating healthy? What are your thoughts?
Personally, I think working out is much easier as evident by all the photos I took (of us running). In Seattle, we were supposed to be going for a run at the Brooks Running Headquarters, but Carly’s back had other things in mind. The consolation prize was that we saw Nick Symmonds heading out for his run (the paparazzi was MIA, so no photo was taken).
When you’re away from home, what’s your go-to exercise routine? Do you have one?
