Rob was in action again at the USATF NJ Meet at Thomas Edison Park in Edison, NJ. This was a good track meet for Rob as he set a lifetime PR in the 400 hurdles with a time of 63.20. He doubled back in the 800, but that race didn’t finish as well as planned. While it’s hard to set 1 lifetime PR in a weekend, it’s almost tempting fate to set 2 – so we’ll settle with the 1.

It’s a full schedule of races for Rob coming up, so stay tuned!
“Last June, after 20+ years I ran the 400h in 67.74 seconds. 11 months later, I ran 63.20 in the same event. #trainwithmarc“
yeah coach BUT the 800 was first

I saw the order of events. You are PR’ing, and that’s what really matters. Keep at it!
