Join Rachelle and Marc at Yogawood in Collingswood, NJ as they present to you the best tools in becoming a better runner through yoga. Our goal for the three sessions are to provide you with information on how to build a strong foundation for future races with both body awareness and the tools to help you better prepare for running.
