Don’t let the cold weather get you down in the dumps. Where there’s a will, there’s a way, right? You just have to know the way.
Here are a few things you can do to make your winter running more bearable.
- Run in the warmest part of the day – between 11 am and 3 pm.
- Wear layers – a short sleeve, long sleeve and a light jacket up top.
- Run where the road has been plowed.
- Don’t make quick turns. Just run straight.
- Slow down (if necessary).
