Bad Weather?

Don’t let the cold weather get you down in the dumps.  Where there’s a will, there’s a way, right?  You just have to know the way.

Here are a few things you can do to make your winter running more bearable.

  • Run in the warmest part of the day – between 11 am and 3 pm.
  • Wear layers – a short sleeve, long sleeve and a light jacket up top.
  • Run where the road has been plowed.
  • Don’t make quick turns.  Just run straight.
  • Slow down (if necessary).
