Why I Coach

This is exactly why I coach runners:

“I can’t believe it! My pace is actually consistently improving—at the start I’d have faster days followed by way slower days, etc.
This morning, my roommate told me he had to kick it into another gear when running with me last night, so I checked my pace (started tracking using an app bc I kept forgetting to look at my watch)—and it’s improving!!!!

I wanted to share bc you’ve been such a huge help! So excited for what’s ahead!”
