Be a Better Runner

A lot of runners seem to be self-coached, with static training plans from the internet.  These types of plans are very good for a basic & broad type of runner.  That means that the plan doesn’t distinguish between ability levels, history, talent, etc. They give you the generics of running – which for most people – is all they are looking for.

I am working with a few runners who are just getting back into building their bases for Fall races – but at the same time – are trying to race soon (due to life events).  I’ve created some workouts that are great for where they are in their training, but also happen to be good workouts for the general public and I’d like to share 1 (2)
