Looking for a change in what workouts you do? Everyone is. When runners do a new and challenging workout, we see a big jump in our running performance. Below are a few workouts that I’ve prescribed that are sure to get your engine revving! A typical workout would be one pace (ex. 5 x 1 mile), but these workouts are called “combo” workouts because they incorporate different paces (5k pace and threshold pace).
*Remember, make sure you warm up and cool down. All workouts can be modified for a beginner runner or expanded for experienced runners.
