Who’s with me in saying this weather in the Northeast has been straight up terrible?! We’ve had snowstorm after snow days after 12* days. It’s been rough!
With track meets and frigid temps, it’s somehow still been a good few weeks for my running. Surprising, I know.
On Saturday, I spent hours upon hours at the NYC Armory and it gave me so much inspiration to keep at it – to put forth effort to run and train and live a healthy life. I’m so glad I went and got a boost of energy from the meet. And while I was there, I got in a good run in, making me feel even more alive and free.
But not everyone can go to the Armory for some inspiration. So what can you do to feel like I do? When it’s so tempting to stay in and drink hot cocoa, what gets you out the door to sweat?
