Kara + Socks + Intervals

Happy Friday!  Happy almost Christmas!  I can’t believe how fast the year has gone – I haven’t done any shopping yet, so here’s to hoping that happens soon.

I am a firm believer in compression socks.  Shoot, I have at least 4 pairs.  I don’t see many cons to wearing them, and if it works even on a placebo effect, then I’m good with it still.  What do you guys think? http://running.competitor.com/2013/12/recovery/do-compression-socks-really-work_62611
