1 Month Birthday!

We are one month into the Haddon Running Team and so far, its been an amazing journey! We have to thank everyone who’s come out for a run and for the runners who have already signed up for training plans! We are so excited to help you reach your true potential in your upcoming races! Workout time!

As a quick reminder: we meet on Tuesday and Thursday at the Cooper River track. 6:30 pm.

Our goals are your goals: we want to help you get the most out of every mile you run. Our core principles have you, the runner, in mind:
That runners can accomplish more if they work together in a group.
That motivation and goals are important to the success of a runner.
That knowledgeable and experienced coaching can make any runner faster.
That running coupled with strength work and ancillary work will make you a better overall runner.
