Happy Hour Tabata Night

It’s Friday night and we’re going to have ourselves a great run!  And because it’s Friday, Marc will be providing refreshments for after our run and Tabata workout.  Find out what Tabata is here and we hope to see you at Cooper River at 6:30.

400 meter jog

Drills: Calves, IT Band, Arms, Quad

20-30 minute run – Out and Back

Strength training:
Tabata Workout 

Burpees
Fast feet
Squat jumps
Shuttle Sprints
20 sec hard/10 sec rest.  We’ll be doing either 2 or 3 sets depending on the individual.
