Run and Core Work Day

We had a great workout last night running 400s or 200s at 5k pace.  It was great to see everyone out there working hard and sweating!  And a reminder that we are running on Wednesday this week, not Thursday.  Without further ado, here is the run for the day:

400 meter jog

Drills: Calves, IT Band, Arms, Quad

20-30 minute run – Out and Back
