May Day Run

It’s May and that means that it is time to get in shape.  Whatever your race may be, we can help you get faster and stronger.  Reminder:  starting May 1st, there will be a charge for track workouts and group runs.  See here for details:  We meet at Cooper River’s track (in the parking lot next to the big jungle gym) at 6:30 ready to run!

Strength Training:
Mountain Climbers
Squats (last five of each set jump squats)
16 – 12 – 8
