Track Work Makes Us Faster

We had a great first workout with the Haddon Running Team. We started with a warm up run, then moved to flexibility drills. Following the drills we did some light sprints and then jumped to the track where we did repeat 400’s or 800’s. Finally, we did a cool down jog.

I was impressed with the passion to get better and stronger. We are going to help a lot of runners get considerably faster. I hope you join us for one of our workouts or runs!
