Become a Morning Runner

As someone who wakes up at 5:45 for work every morning, being a morning person fell into my lap. I really didn’t have much of a choice! So when I read this article about being a morning person, I thought back to the days when I couldn’t get up for an 8:30 class or even struggled when I had work at 10 am. And now I basically have lunch at 10 am.

If you do these 6 things, I think you can make the switch to becoming a morning runner:

  1. Go to bed early
  2. Have someone to run with
  3. Lay out your workout clothes beside your bed
  4. Hold yourself accountable
  5. Give yourself a “treat” for working out early
  6. Remind yourself how good it feels to be done early
