Preparing for your upcoming running season is as important as the actual racing. You should always be looking to sign up for a future race – maybe a marathon or a few 5k’s and 10k’s; or maybe you’ve signed up for popular races like the Broad Street Run or Rock ‘n Roll Half Marathon in Philadelphia. While spending money on race registrations, you should also consider getting your very own personal, private running coach.

As your coach, I will provide you with specific, daily runs including paces and workout routines. Built into your training plan will be cross training recommendations and strength training workouts. I’m also available to be your sounding board for any questions or issues you may have.
